These terms govern your use of WomenInGenAI Academy (the “Academy”), operated by Tatyana Kanzaveli. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The Academy is an online learning product. Its lessons are generated by Claude, an AI system made by Anthropic, and adapted to the answers you give during sign-up. Lessons are written fresh rather than drawn from a fixed script, so two learners taking the same lesson will not receive identical text.
If the Academy is not what you hoped for, email hello@womeningenai.ai within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you have under consumer law where you live — in the EU and UK, for instance, those rights apply regardless of what this section says.
Access is intended to be indefinite for what you have bought, and we will not revoke it because time has passed. We may close an account for abuse, fraud or a chargeback. If the Academy is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your lessons and certificate.
This matters, so plainly: lessons are written by an AI and can be wrong. They may contain mistakes, out-of-date information, or statements that sound confident and are not correct. Every lesson carries a notice saying so.
You keep ownership of anything you write into a lesson, the practice box, or the chat. You grant us permission to send it to Anthropic in order to generate your lesson or answer your question, and to store it so you can read it back. Please do not paste passwords, financial details, health records, or other people's personal information into the Academy.
The Academy — its curriculum structure, learning objectives, software, name and branding — belongs to Tatyana Kanzaveli. Your generated lessons are yours to keep, print and use personally. Please do not resell them, publish them as your own, or use them to build a competing product.
Do not share your account, attempt to extract or abuse the underlying AI service, scrape the Academy, or use it to generate unlawful or harmful material.
We aim to keep the Academy running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. It depends on services we do not control — Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Anthropic — and any of them may have an outage.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes the consumer rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you have bought, we will tell you by email. The date at the top always shows the current version.
